Elder Abuse Training
Go to the Nevada Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) website.
On the right side, under LOGIN FORM, click on Create an account.
Complete the form with your personal information.
Check your email. Click on the activation link in the email you received from the Nevada ADRC.
This will take you back to the website and prompt you to enter your username and password. Log in with the credentials you previously set up.
Choose the Elder Abuse Prevention Training located under the Resources tab.
Complete the pretest, introduction, parts 1 and 2 of the training, and the final exam near the bottom of the page.
After you have passed the Elder Abuse Training Post Test (final exam), click on the Certificate button and save your certificate.
Submit your certificate to the assignment dropbox in Blackboard as proof of completion for the training.
Please Note: In order to receive a certificate of completion, you must be logged into the site. Also, there is a known compatibility issue between the quiz software and Internet Explorer. In order to access your results and the certificate of completion, you should use another browser (i.e. Firefox, Chrome, etc.).
