With that objective in mind, discuss the following in a minimum of 175 words:
Assume that you have been asked to make a presentation of your company’s next-generation software to its single most important customer. The purpose of your presentation is to persuade the customer to upgrade its existing systems to your company’s newer (and more expensive) product. What steps would you take to make that presentation as persuasive as possible? How would you present it?
