- the client is a non-profit organization whose mission is to enhance the management, operations, and governance of nonprofit organizations through educational programs, consulting, leadership development, and information sharing, with the ultimate goal of enabling nonprofits to meet fully the needs of their communities. they give classes of how to work in a non-profit org with certificates, they do consulting, training, their problems are they don’t have a good system to evaluate themself and how they rate themself like their competitor, they don’t have enough system. they don’t have a good social presence is minimum. they used to have a good relationship with a big company. there are only 5 people working at the moment.
