don’t want to be called a follower. But just as leadership is an art, so is
followership. Complete exercise 18-4, “Putting Your Best Foot Forward,”
and do the following:

you can improve your followership skills.
Compare and
contrast followership and leadership.
Option 2:
Discuss a situation in your work life where you need to develop a plan to
improve performance. Use the Four-Step method for problem solving, discuss each
step that you would take and how you would take it.
