Part 1: A local Environmental Problem
Use the Internet to find an environmentally related problem that is happening in your area ( region , local or state wide). Present information about the history behind this problem including the population growth model in the area, what factors led to its occurring and who might be responsible for it. Share what is being done to solve the problem and how effective those efforts are. Present ideas from the textbook about how the problem might be mitigated.
Part 2: Impact of Human population growth
Extrapolate your local issue to the global environment. What classes of environmental problems seem to be widespread and recurring across our country and the world. How is population growth related to the problem ?
The essay must be informed by the textbook. Your main post should answer both questions , be 600 word long and include a reference section. Each of your replies should be at least 3 lines long and include a reference section. Please gather information related to the topic from your textbook and other reliable sources. Cite all sources used to build your paragraphs at the end of each of your reply.
