- Decide on the government agency you will work with this semester.
- Begin creating your Final Presentation.
- Select a style for your written document and PowerPoint presentation (make it interesting for readers, and visually appealing for the Internet – for example use the NASA budget summary as a guide (or the budget summary of your selected agency).
- Locate and enter your agency’s Name, Vision, and Mission. This might take 1-2 pages.
- In your own words, explain what your agency does and why it is important for America and the World – 1 page.
- List the agency’s major departments or programs and a 1-2 sentence explanation about what each is about – be sure to include the three (3) programs/departments that you select to focus on this semester.
- In your own words, explain in a paragraph why each of the 3 you selected are important. You will have 1-2 pages for all of the programs and 1 page for each of your 3 selected department.
