An 8-year-old girl comes to your ambulatory care clinic with complaints of left ear pain for the past 3 days. She had respiratory infection a week ago. On physical examination, the tympanic membrane is bulging.

Answer the following questions:

On the Assignments tab within the module, click on the desired module assignment. A new screen will open that displays the Assignment Information, Assignment Submission and the Add Comments fields. After reviewing the Assignment Information, choose the Browse My Computer button under the Assignment Submission field to select and upload your assignment.
