Purpose

As you progress through the informatics track practicum and concluding graduate experience (CGE) courses, an ePortfolio tool will be used to document learning accomplishments, professional growth, and practicum experiences. The purpose of this assignment is to create the ePortfolio.

File maintenance, document naming, and document versioning are important skills for an informatics professional. To assist in building this skill, adherence to the requirements for this assignment is of great importance. Grading for this assignment is an “all or nothing” meaning that each criteria needs to be met in its entirety to receive credit (please see the rubric that follows for the inclusionary criteria and breakdown of point values). Utilizing the rubric as a checklist is a great way to assure that you have addressed each criteria and included all required documents.
