For Long Island Hospital (P), will the integration of patient preferences into a pain management program (I) compared with the current program (C) affect the average level of pain scores reported to CMS (O) within a six-month reporting period (T)?
For greater metro peer review organization (P), will the addition of an online automatic metrics rate calculator (I) compared to a metrics submission page without an automatic rate calculator (C) reduce metrics rates-related customer service calls (O) in 12 weeks (T)?

Search terms.
Sources of external evidence (databases).
Use the four columns to list the following:
Include each component of the PICO(T) question you chose.
Identify, using EBP evidence levels, the study design/method that would provide the best evidence to support the intervention.
Define three different search terms you would use to begin your search for the best evidence, based on the PICO(T) question you chose.
Determine the most appropriate databases to perform your search.
After the table, describe your search strategy and its relation to the PICO(T) question, as shown in the table.
