For this Assignment, you will complete your fourth milestone related to your Final Project – Milestone 4. These milestones reflect insights on various topics related to disease management and population health and help prepare you for your Final Project Submission in Week 10. This milestone incorporates topics from previous weeks on risks and behaviors related to diseases and chronic conditions on a population level, among others.

Please review all the comments from previous milestones and Assignments to ensure all items have been addressed.
