In your presentation, you should cover: The issue of concern. The best issues for analysis are those that are more long-term rather than an immediate crisis such as an oil spill. Note that issues are not necessarily threats; they can also be an opportunity. For example, a company wants to build a new warehouse, which will let it increase sales and hire more employees, but there is a possible risk of harming local wetlands. The stakeholders affected. Who is affected by this? What are their primary concerns? Who are the most important stakeholders? What is the best way to reach each of these stakeholders? What are the messages the company wants to get across? Recommendations: What should the company do? What should the priority and focus be?
