Review the AGC scenario for this course, revise Part 1 of the Key Assignment based on your instructor’s feedback, and add to the executive report that addresses the following:
- Now that the change management plan has been completed, describe AGC’s new leadership styles and organizational culture.
- Are there any potential internal or external threats that AGC should be prepared to address in its business environment?
- How can AGC detect these potential internal and external threats?
- What are some methods that AGC can use to protect the organization from these internal and external threats
- This project will take a look at Diagnostics and Interventions for the Global Human Capital Manager. You will be a consultant to Shawn and help him develop an executive summary on change management progress to date. You will write an Executive Summary report that will include several elements global working environments. You as the consultant will send the following list to Shawn and discuss each point for inclusion in the Executive Summary report:
- Forms of internal and external threats to an organization
- Ways to protect organizations from internal and external threats (e.g., environmental scanning)
- The purpose of a codes of conduct
- The challenges of virtual offices
- The change role of global HCM to evaluate any existing threats to AGC.
