•Answer the
following questions using the information from the Dietary Analysis results and
save as a Word document.

According
to the DRI committee, the Acceptable Macronutrient Distribution Range (AMDR)
for protein is 10-35 % of your total calories.
Look at the Macronutrient Ranges section and answer the following
questions: What is your percentage of calories from protein? How did it compare—above, below or within the
acceptable range for percentage of calories from protein? (2 points)

Look at the
Intake vs. Goals section and answer the following questions: what is your DRI for your daily requirement
of protein based on grams per kilogram per day? How many grams did you consume?
How did your average intake compare to your DRI—above, below or met goal? (3 points)

If your
average intake was 200% or above your DRI for grams of protein, list one way
that you could reduce your protein intake. If your average intake was below
100% of your DRI for grams of protein, list one way that you could increase
your protein intake. If your average intake was between 100-200% of your DRI,
great job—you don’t have to either reduce or increase your protein intake!

After
reviewing the source analysis for Protein, list the top three sources of
protein in your diet. (3 points)
