If you like, you can include a partial or full outline of the Conclusion and/or Policy Recommendations sections.
Under each section heading in your outline, include the in-text cites that you are using to construct your outline, for example: (Alexander, 2010). Also, list alphabetically those sources that you use under the References subheading, and make sure that references are properly cited in APA (see Unit 6 in the book Write and Wrong for how to create and properly format your list of references).
