In this Assignment, you will consider the definition and application of competence to stand trial.
To prepare:
• Read the Tortorici case, from the Minds on Trial textbook excerpt from this week’s Learning Resources, concerning competence to stand trial.
• Review the Case Law Analysis Worksheet document in the Learning Resources and fill in the blanks for the Tortorici case. You will use this as a foundation for completing the Assignment.
