either recruited in the past (within the last 10 years) or are currently being

programs are/were in place to facilitate transition of these nurses into the

This is an
option that actually is evolving in the workplace and deserves some
attention. Sexism, work place bullying,
and sexual harassment were once something as nurses, we were expected to
tolerate ~ It was “part of the job”.
Trust me, I can speak to this ~ However, times have changed. So let’s brainstorm!
Based on

literature and see what is being done, what is being said on a national and
