Also, provide a graduate-level response to each of the following questions:
- What three tasks comprise the “define scope” process? Why is scope definition important? What are two common causes of scope creep?
- What is the difference between an activity and a work package? Why is it important to have a team member play “devil’s advocate” when developing Activities? What does this role entail? Can Activities be identified and added later and if so, when?

The grading rubric evaluates the content based on six areas: Content Knowledge & Structure, Critical Thinking, Clarity & Effective Communication, Integration of Knowledge & Course Material, Presentation & Writing Mechanics, and Response to Other Students.
