Conduct your own research to gain a more in-depth understanding of the different workplace settings. Your goal is to add two advantages/strengths for each and two disadvantages/weaknesses for each. A level four answer will include advantages/disadvantages from both the employer’s and the worker’s perspective clearly identified and potentially add other alternative work arrangements. Be sure a description of each alternative work arrangement is included.
In addition, provide a reflection on current work places trends. How are workplaces adapting in response to Covid? What are the advantages and disadvantages to these workplace trends?
Submit your work in the format of your choice. You might try a format you’ve not used before to continue to develop your technology skills. 3. If the information is available, identify the model of change you think the company used. Be sure to provide evidence to support why you think the company used that model of change. If the information is not available, suggest a model of change you think might be more successful and explain why you are suggesting that model of change.
4. Is this an example of incremental or transformational change? Why?
5. What would you suggest to help the company gain acceptance of this change?
