This week utilize what you have learned about Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM) and relate it to a quality indicator of your choice in the health care field (e.g., surgical site infection, hospital-acquired infection, LOS).
Review the literature and discuss how EBM supports improving the particular indicator you chose.
Discuss how this is currently (or should be) marketed to the consumer (you can define consumer as the patient, provider, insurance provider).
Be specific and think critically about this. Avoid general statements and tap into the tons of literature out there regarding effective communication and aspects of marketing as it relates to health care delivery.

The COVID-19 pandemic has made achieving optimal patient flow extremely important. Hospital administrators and providers have had to decide the best way to provide efficient patient care. Now more than ever, patients need to be in the right place and receiving the right care.
